Memberships
New members start with a 30-day free trial and are not charged during it -- cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. After the trial, if you are charged and are not happy, email us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it in full. For annual plans, the same 30-day window applies from the date of the charge.
Store products
You may return most kitchen products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible. Once we receive and inspect the return, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
How to request a refund
Email info@schiff-art.com with your order or account email and a sentence about what went wrong. For product returns, we will send a return address and instructions. You do not need to explain yourself in detail -- the guarantee is the guarantee.
Return window
The return and refund window is 30 days from the date of delivery for products, and 30 days from the date of charge for memberships. Requests after this window are handled at our discretion.
Exceptions
A few things cannot be refunded: perishable goods and consumable pantry items once opened, gift cards, and digital downloads that have been accessed. Custom or clearance items may be marked as final sale at the point of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.
