How does the 30-day free trial work? +
When you start a trial, you get full access to all 250 recipes immediately. You are not charged for 30 days. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
How much is a membership after the trial? +
After your free trial, membership is $9.49 per month, or $99.49 per year, which works out cheaper per month. You can switch plans or cancel any time.
Can I cancel any time? +
Yes. There is no contract. Cancel from your account or by emailing info@schiff-art.com, and you will keep access until the end of your billing period.
What do I get for free without a membership? +
About half of our recipes -- 125 of them -- are open to everyone, sampled across all 15 cuisines. The remaining 125 unlock with a membership.
How many recipes are there, and do you add more? +
There are 250 recipes across 15 cuisines today, and we add new dishes every week. Members get every new recipe at no extra cost.
Are the recipes tested? +
Every recipe is cooked at least three times in our test kitchen before it is published, and photographed the moment it comes off the heat. The photo you see is the dish you can make.
Do you sell the kitchen tools you use? +
Yes. Our small kitchen store carries the cookware, cutlery, and prep tools we actually cook with. Orders over $75.00 ship free.
What is your shipping policy? +
Store orders ship within two business days. Shipping is free over $75.00; otherwise a flat $6.99 applies. You will get tracking by email when your order ships.
What is your refund policy? +
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on memberships and on store products. See our refund policy for details and the few exceptions.
How do I reset my password? +
Use the reset link on the sign-in page. Enter your email and we will send you a link to set a new password.
Do you share my data? +
We collect only what we need to run your account and measure our advertising. We never sell your personal data. See our privacy policy for the full detail.
Can I print or save recipes? +
Yes. Members can open any recipe in a clean, printable layout and save it for the kitchen. The full ingredient list and method are always available to members.
